The game is an important part of the human experience. Gamification is increasingly used in educational settings as a way to improve student motivation and learning outcomes. It is also a very changing trend in youth work. It can improve motivation and engagement in the case of education. What is more, it creates the opportunity to meet the needs of young people and their better participation in different activities.
The project 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖 – 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐑 𝐲𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 is focused on the topic of gamification and game-based learning in youth work. The main aim of the project is to empower youth workers working with young people with fewer opportunities and NEETs to use gamification and game-based environments to deal with diversified groups and improve the quality of their work practice. During the first week of April (07.04.2022 - 09.04.2022) we had our first partners' meeting, where we officially kicked off capacity building project GROW under the Erasmus + Kay Action 2. The meeting took place in Tirana, Albia. |
